A radiator in the wrong place can spoil a room, and an old one that never gets properly hot wastes the heat you are paying for. We fit new radiators and towel rails, swap out tired ones, and move them when a room is being changed around.
If your radiators are cold at the bottom or patchy, the problem may be in the system rather than the radiator. Have a look at power flushing.
